We recognize an individual’s right to control the type of personal information that is collected about them. Our Customers can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Olvin retains your personal information while you are a Customer and will delete your personal information upon request. Customers may also send requests for access to your personal information by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Olvin will respond to any request to delete Customer personal information within a reasonable timeframe.
When you delete your account, all of your personal data is removed from the system. Order history is kept on the system and we might still have some log files for error handling and security profiling.
We are permitted to use anonymised statistical data to investigate and report the advertisements effectiveness internally to shareholders and externally for marketing purposes.
